1. Booking & Payment

• Advance Payment: To secure your wedding date, we require a 50% advance payment at the time of booking. This ensures that your spot is reserved and allows us to start planning for your big day.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% of your balance is due 10 days before your wedding day. We will send you a friendly reminder as the date approaches, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation by You: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so within 30 days of your booking date to receive a full refund of your advance payment. Please note that cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund, including your advance payment.

3. Rescheduling

• Flexibility Matters: If you need to reschedule your wedding due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. If we can’t make the new date work, we will discuss alternative options with you.

4. Creative Rights

• Our Artistic Vision: By booking with us, you are trusting our creative judgment to capture your wedding day in the most beautiful and meaningful way. We reserve the right to make decisions regarding shot selection, editing, and other artistic aspects.
• Use of Images and Videos: We may use some of your images and videos for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website or social media) unless you request otherwise. We respect your privacy, and we are always happy to discuss any concerns you may have.

5. Delivery of Final Products

• Timeline: We aim to deliver your final edited photos and videos within 45 days after your wedding day. We know you will be eager to relive the memories, so we work hard to get everything to you as quickly as possible!
• Format: Your photos and videos will be delivered in high-resolution digital formats, suitable for printing, sharing, and cherishing forever.

6. Liability

• Equipment & Backup: We use high-quality equipment and have backup systems in place to ensure that everything runs smoothly on your wedding day. However, in the rare case of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, our liability is limited to the refund of any payments made.
• Force Majeure: We cannot be held responsible for events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, accidents) that may prevent us from fulfilling our contract. In such cases, we will work with you to find the best possible solution.

7. Governing Law
